Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After an eligible returned item has been received, reviewed, and approved, refund processing may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Moon Islander currently provides shipping within the United States only.

Standard order handling is generally 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business day transit period.

The estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 5–9 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Moon Islander uses FedEx International Economy for Standard Shipping. Tracking information is provided when available after shipment.

Order Cutoff Time

Moon Islander’s daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after the cutoff may begin handling on the next applicable business day.
